Attendee Guide and Visiting Portland¶
Our Attendee Guide and Visiting Portland pages are now live! We’ve gathered information that will help you navigate the conference comfortably and make you feel more at home in the city of Portland.
The Attendee Guide provides conference information and gives strategies and tips for new (and experienced) attendees to get plugged in and connect with others.
The Visiting Portland has info about where to stay, eat, drink, and how to get around the city!
Convince Your Manager¶
Do you need help justifying why your employer should send you to Write the Docs? Don’t worry – you’re not alone. Based on the experiences of some of our previous attendees, we’ve put together a sample email and list of resources.
Opportunity Grant Deadline is February 1¶
This program is open to anyone who would otherwise have difficulties attending the conference. Everyone is encouraged to apply regardless of your experience level, background, or reason making it difficult for you to cover the cost. Eligible costs include the ticket price and/or attendance costs.
Speakers Announced Soon¶
Our Call for Proposals is officially closed. Stay tuned for our list of speakers and talks that will be announced in the next couple weeks! We had another amazing round of submissions and are excited for this year’s speaker.
